PTCL starts SMS based complaint Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has gone one step ahead as it has introduced the SMS based complaint registration service for PTCL Landline and Broadband customers. Now these customers can register their complaints by simply following the five easy steps.
If you are a PTCL Landline/Broadband customer and you want to register a complaint then first type CMPprior your complaint text in  your SMS. Then type your Area Code followed by your landline number. After this, specify which product gives you problem, type LL for Landline and BB for Broadband complaint. Next send this message to 0512181218 and you will receive your complaint registration number from PTCL.
Besides, you can also register your complaint by sending ‘HELP’ in SMS to 0512181218 and then follow the given instructions
