
Following the trend, Warid telecom has decided to deduct more from customer’s balance by increasing the maintenance fee on all recharges. The company issued the following statement;
“We at Warid Telecom always believe in providing our customers with quality user experience and services. To maintain these standards of service, maintenance fee has been revised from 1.5% to 2% on all recharges (scratch card, ezeeload, e-pin, etc.) which shall be effective from Thursday, 7th June 2012. Applicable taxes shall also be charged”
