Ufone has formed a Quality Management System (QMS) within its Technical Department; the structure of which is based on ISO 9001:2008 standards. The scope of ISO 9001:2008 covers services for developing, operating and maintaining GSM Cellular Mobile Network.
Ufone is currently the only GSM cellular service provider inPakistanwhich maintains an ISO 9001:2008 certified Technical Department.
