Warid Congo Launches Mobicash, a true cashless solution


Warid Congo SA, the major telecommunication operator in Congo, has announced the launch of Warid Mobicash across its network. Based on the Mobile Money technology from Mobicash, the service uses multi-factor authentication mechanisms – including NSDT (Near Sound Data Transfer), fingerprint, and NFC and voice biometric technology. It provides a powerful set of mechanism to access mobile payment services easily in efficient, effective and secure manner.

With the Mobicash service, now customers can make their transacted money even more secure. Additionally, payments can be transferred through your phones and this service is available on all models of mobile phones and carriers. This is simple service, easy to use and open to everyone with no complications to download software and no restrictions for registration.
It is a true cashless solution as customer does not need to convert e-money back to hard cash for making any transaction. Company says, it therefore can be termed as “national payment instrument”
Warid MobiCash advertises its various services by standing out as ‘Much more than just money transfer like airtime top-up, bill payments, and merchant payments. Warid Congo can attract more customers by providing them with options to use the automatic system of money transferring instead of depositing the cash.
