e-Governance Ideas Hunt: come forward with best Idea, says Shahbaz Sharif

It seems CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif is no mood to wait for Raja Pervez Ashraf’s promises to fulfill which he made yesterday. The most talked about Chief Minister has come up with another IT related project ‘e-Governance Ideas Hunt‘ - a project initiated by Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB). The
details of the project reveal;
The project gives everyone from Pakistan an opportunity to come forward with idea on how IT can be used to improve upon a public sector service that you feel is most pressing to your community. Come up with a tech-savvy solution to solve society’s daily issues for a chance to win a top prize valued at Rs. 50,000!

Proposals will be judged based on the importance of the problem and originality of the recommended solution. If your entry is chosen, it will be showcased at the ‘Punjab e-Governance Exhibition 2012‘ on Sunday, 29th April, 2012. Two second-place winners will also have the opportunity to present their winning ideas at the event. The last day to submit your entry is on Friday, 27th April, 2012.
