PTCL continues to recognize its best staff for quality customer care


It appears PTCL is focusing aggressively on customer care services. For doing this effectively, it has started awarding its regional staff who ever leads in providing its customers a better after sales services.
Recently, PTCL awarded its Peshawar region team with the ‘Region of the Month’ shield recognizing the outstanding performance for delivering best customer services during the month February 2012.
