Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) is looking for creative advertising agencies to handle its media related issues. Unlike past, the selected advertising agencies are supposed to provide media guidance on publicity, image building, event management and media related matter about upcoming 3G spectrum auction in Pakistan which is scheduled on March 29, 2012.
Earlier four advertising agencies have been providing services to PTA including MCL, Ad Group, Evernew and Channel 7. After expiry of their contract terms, PTA wanted to renew agreement with the mentioned agencies but PID raised objection on the renewal issue and asked PTA to hire other agencies for next media term.
PTA hasn’t received the expression of interest (EoI) from any advertising agency as yet but interested parties can submit their EoI by March 5, 2012
